FIRST COURSE

Sweet Potato & Prosciutto Bisque

Velvety sweet potato and prosciutto bisque finished with a caramel drizzle infused with E.H. Taylor Single Barrel.

SECOND COURSE

Autumn Arugula Salad

Smoked arugula with candied pecans, toasted pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese, finished with an apple-infused E.H. Taylor bourbon vinaigrette.

THIRD COURSE

Choice of Entrée

Filet Mignon

Filet mignon finished with E.H. Taylor brown butter, served with hasselback potatoes and parmesan asparagus.

Seabass finished with an E.H. Taylor bourbon butter cream sauce, served with butternut squash and fried green tomato.

FOURTH COURSE

Toasted Pecan & Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Silky vanilla custard topped with toasted pecans and a crisp bourbon sugar brûlée.
